Since 2017, our journey under the LEAP theme has been transformative, shaping Basamh Group's strategy and aspirations. As we face evolving internal and external landscapes, the time has come to collaboratively craft a clear and ambitious strategy to guide us toward 2030.

To initiate this effort, the BG lead team, alongside leadership teams across our companies, including Thokoman, convened for an intensive two-day workshop. This session focused on defining the overarching strategic direction and critical decisions that will shape the future of the Group and its subsidiaries. The outcome was the articulation of our 2030 strategic vision: “We will grow exponentially through building powerful brands, enabled by our culture of execution excellence.”

As our vision indicates Growing People & Companies, another two-day workshop was dedicated to address the behaviors required to drive our growth culture. This session reinforced key principles, such as the strength found in vulnerability, the necessity of personal ownership, and the courage to overcome the fear of speaking up. These reflections provided a framework to prioritize innovation, empower leadership at all levels, and align shared values while celebrating the unique cultures within our organization. These insights are now integral to the BG 2030 Strategy, reinforcing culture transformation as a cornerstone of our aspirations.

Through these workshops, we have established a solid foundation for our 2030 strategy. The collaborative creation of our 2030 strategy exemplifies leadership alignment, fostering a culture of unity and a shared purpose. Together, we are positioned to achieve exponential growth, build impactful brands, and to Make It Happen!
